REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your Zen Essentials Gel Seat Cushion, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Please review our return and refund policy below for more details:

 

30-Day Return Policy:

  • You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your Zen Essentials Gel Seat Cushion.

  • Both the cushion and fabric cover must be returned together and must be in their original, undamaged condition.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Before returning your product, please contact our customer service center at support@zenvirtuoso.com to initiate the return process.

  • Provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant details.

  • Once your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label via email.

  • Print the return label and attach it to the outside of your return package.

 

Pack Your Item:

  • Securely pack the cushion and cover in the original packaging or a suitable alternative.

  • Ensure that the return label is clearly visible on the package.

 

Ship Your Return:

  • Drop off the package at the nearest carrier location as specified in the return instructions provided with your return label.

  • We will track the return shipment and provide updates on the return status.

 

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective product or incorrect item).

 

Important Notes:

  • Damaged or Missing Items: If the cushion or cover is returned damaged or any parts are missing, we reserve the right to deny the refund.

  • Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as final sale or non-returnable cannot be returned or refunded.
